As someone who has worked in delivery. There are some real dumb dog owners. Then again after being biten on almost a dozen occasions, I still never shot anyones dog. Cops for some reason get away with it. Had a coworker get mauled by a great dane. She was made to sure and got almost 70k from the people. I don't think they even had to put the dog down.
