Might have better odds of getting away with it if you get "caught" by border patrol. You then receive a court date years in the future (which never really comes), and then you qualify for all the free bennies and housing.

My thought is that if you haven't moved out of California in the past 20 years you should stay there and enjoy your decisions. I'll go one step further, if anyone has moved out of California after 2005 they must be sent back.
