Glyphosate strips crops of magnesium and copper. Be sure to get those.

I cannot speak for brands. You’ll want magnesium glycinate as little as 400mg daily and as high as 1000mg.

I’m still experimenting with copper glycinate at 3mg daily. So far, I’ve had no trouble.

Eat basic foods that you cook, prepare, and season yourself.

Meat, Eggs, Whole Dairy, Organic Fruits and Veg, nuts, and perhaps dry rice-beans. It only sounds bland. You just need to learn what spices you enjoy to meals.

It was the diet of Pre-1945 America.
