Just because she's being paid to help evict a 96 year old woman onto the streets doesn't make her innocent. But should no one call corporate offices to express opinions over corporate behaviors? Ideally one could speak directly with the persons responsible. Either way, the people involved (including the receptionist henchman) will get feedback about their actions.
