I remember this for some reason - Way back as kid I was watching TV with an uncle who was an Economics professor in NY and an advertisement came on for toothbrushes. Something like "9 of out 10 dentists recommend Oral B!" or some shit. And he said, "Yah that's because they give them out for free."

I never forgot that and it's true lol. I've never been polled for anything in my life! It's all bullshit.

That being said my favorite toothpaste is Vyta-Myr Herbal Toothpaste! Tastes like brushing with clove cigarettes.

Aw man, I was excited about your toothpaste until I read the ingredients. Phosphates? No way. You should try Black seed toothpaste, only 7 ingredients.

I will do that thanks! I just assumed it was pretty decent for you coz it had none of the usual suspects in the ingredients. Haven't seen yours yet I actually found mine in a health food store! Will check it out thank you.

Thanks for the recipe. Do you have anywhere you recommend getting the ingredients or just online?

Yeah just put it all together the most cost effective way. Some local, some order online. Go for organic as well.

Baking soda exclusive last 30yrs+
No fluoride

I had heard baking soda was too abrasive to use frequently. Guessing this is not the case for you? Do you just wet the brush and dip into soda or are you mixing the soda with something like an essential oil? I haven't found any fluoride free toothpaste that I like but I hate using flouride.

I don't follow any of that shit.
If coffee catches up to me I brush with fine popcorn salt and soda 50/50.
Rest is straight soda.
At least 3X week I swish hard with peroxide then water.
Once every month I do an oil pulling for about 10min then brush and rinse.
Fuck toothpaste

Hey thanks for the info. What oil do you use for pulling? Coconut oil seems to taste the best to me but not sure it works as well as olive oil. I did it regularly when I had tooth issues but probably should do a maintenance routine like you.

Get the best cold pressed coconut you can find.
I also put a teaspoon in my coffee 3-4X a week.
It's good shit.

Thanks. I used butter and sometimes coconut oil in my coffee years ago to wean off of using milk/cream and to reduce the amount I was drinking. It does taste pretty good. I am down to about 16 oz black half-caf now and I think that's reasonable.
