I work in the oil and gas construction industry and have to put up with diversity hiring and propaganda constantly .

Anyhow , we are at site having a pre start meeting and are informed that its Purple day or something like that.Wtf is purple day ? I asked . One of our guys said its about gay something or other which brought out a response of " fuckin hell they get a month".

Our superintendent then tells us that its for gay kids .
