Milk is great for when I want to feel exhausted the next day.

Tastes great. For a while, I was starting each morning with a tall glass of whole milk and a caffeine pill. But effing heck, did my health shit the bed. Cut out all dairy and I felt great combined with elimination diet.

Oh how I wish I could be one of those faggots who eats Greek Yogurt every day and maintains great health but it’s so damn inflammatory. Although heavy whipping cream has almost no carbs, I can’t lose any weight with it in my diet.

Have you tried lactose-free or "A2A2" milk? @gowithit knows more about A2A2 besides it's a different protein in the milk that is more agreeable with people.

You could be one of those faggots that eats Greek yogurt everyday once you make your own yogurt with a/2 a/2 milk(you can just start a culture with some store bought a/2 yogurt i wouldnt fault you not everyone can be me) and then strain that yogurt with a cheesecloth.
