They're a harem of the union bosses always promising them more money and more power. After that it's the educational non profit parasites who have no business having access to schools.

They all have the cult training of social science and every single one of them thinks Hollywood is real. THey've been trained to control the classroom by demanding personal approval and don't know it, or what's wrong with that.

In China the teachers helped incite the progressive students into the struggle session public humiliation that led to torture and killing if the victims wouldn't say they believed what progressives believed. The pro communist teachers were sent to work in the far away fields because they thought they were "empowered" and replaced by more acceptable teachers. THey work for bribes today and the Chinese believe that buying grades is the right thing to do because everyone's hired on equality anyway. They have nothing personal to contribute to anything as empty equals.
