No, teachers should have to pass an IQ test, then demonstrate competence. Also pass a psych evaluation.

One of my insane teachers was fired and put in a mental institution (named 'Sector-Haven', amusingly) after trying to choke me when he randomly ran into his wife's study hall and grabbed me out of my desk.

Teachers shouldn't have to police problematic behavior... period.

Public Schools should NOT tolerate Nigger bullshit. If they start fights, and disrupt classes then force bus them schools dedicated to dealing problematic Niggers.
