Putin is simply refusing to take the bait and crush Ukraine. He knows that he just needs to wait for Trump to take office, and then Zelenskyy will be forced to surrender.

(((They))) are getting really angry that their promised war with Russia hasn't happened yet. Hillary was going to be the one that got the ball rolling, and then everything got put on hold. Hence the past 8 years of screeching.
