I've watched this guy's videos for a while now. I won't dispute anything he says but he doesn't investigate ascorbic acid's role.

Nobel prize winning chemist Linus Pauling who used to be considered the father of modern chemistry before the jews went to work on him, determined that plaque in your arteries is scurvy lite. It is spackled over by LPa. Our ancestors stopped developing vitamin C internally. We also developed the ability to spackle over microtears until adequate vitamin C was ingested.

The trick to get rid of atherosclerosis is take in at least 2000mg to 10,000mg of ascorbic acid daily.

Think about scurvy which is cured by ascorbic acid. Now think about what would happen if you just took one molecule of ascoribic acid a day. Would it cure the scurvy? Would your lips, etc stop cracking, would your arteries stop being damaged? No. Now add another and another, etc. At some point a lot of damange would be stopped but not all. You might not even be able to tell. That's where we are. You still have scurvy, you just don't know it. Those arteries are meant to be HEALED and not spackled over forever.

That's very interesting point thank you

Keep in mind, I don't know it's true. I just trust that guy and he had no motivation to lie. Anyone and their mother can make ascorbic acid.

I think it's a good idea to do that along with other things like vitamin k2 mk7, fish oil, aspirin, healthy weight AND in general all the things this guy recommends. It can't hurt.

No one truly knows what the answer is. It's just that Linus Pauling really knew chemistry better than damn near anyone.

The used to recommend very small amounts of vitamin C and I'm noticing now they say up to 2000mgs a day. If the Pauling theory is correct, 2000mg a day would likely get rid of most heart attacks. It can't hurt.

Here we go again. But anyway, what does pauling say about ascorbic acid use for pregnant women?

I don't know. It wouldn't matter. It's just vitamin C.

1.19 here faggots!

Interesting test. I got a high reading with one leg at first because I was holding the leg rotated a bit. But I don't know that cholesterol is bad.

Cholesterol is good. Made by the body to maintain health and heal damage.

It is good but it can be bad
