Stop going to doctors about issues related to muh feelz. If you ain't cut open or suffering with a tumor or sum shit, all a doctor can do is give you drugs, which will fuck you up even more.
Lift bro. Weights! 5 days a week if you can. I can only do 2 days a week, but my workout takes 3.5 hours, including sauna, whirlpool, weights, and swimming. Lift! Seriously. Lift! It will fix your insomnia and cognitive decline issues better than anything else. It will also improve your mood, outlook, and rid you of anxiety issues.
Diet. Fucking eat right. Nothing from a can or a box, unless there is simply no easy alternative to something your putting in your food that isn't from a can or box. Eat meat! Eggs, butter, real milk. Minimally processed, rare as you can stand it. Pay attention to minimum temps for chicken and pork (don't eat pork). That will help you with your insomnia and cognitive decline as well. Supplement with a really good liquid multivitamin.
If you have bad allergies and Claritin doesn't help, see an allergist and consider some treatments, especially ones that don't involve drugs, for help. Central Texas has horrible allergenic shit in the air, but Claritin seemed to have helped me and my wife lots.
Get a job. A good job. A career path job. Get a skill. Skilled blue collar jobs are the way. You don't even need a degree.
Have you considered working in a male dominated industry like construction or any of the trades? Office work will kill you. A lot of the labor jobs I’ve had didn’t feel like work because it’s you and a crew of other dudes hanging out and working together to complete a task or project. Everybody is making jokes and telling stories and there’s no customers or women and few niggers you need to worry about offending. Public works and utilities are cake jobs and low stress.
If you're not a drug addict or alcoholic fuckwit, you're already doing better than many on a job site. haha
Learning these skills comes with time. You will absolutely be shit on for being an ignorant dink because that's what happens when you work with men, but if you learn the job and work hard, you will earn respect. Plus, it'll give you a much needed self-esteem boost once you see what you can build with bare hands and a bit of time and effort.
First, you must get angry. The world you were born into was supposed to be your oyster. You were lured into wasting years of your life and tens of thousands of debt in the promise of living the american dream. All that you will get from this scam is a lifetime of debt and life on a hamster wheel in a job you hate. Get a trade. Work hard. Be useful. You will get strong. You will get tough. And you will distance yourself from all the doomed hamsters. Your life will get better when you learn everything you were told is bullshit. The state hates you, you will not get ahead in any dealings with them. Good luck, kid. Find a nice ugly girl with big hooters. Have kids. Be happy. Stop serving the state and people weaker than you.
Get off wheat, if you have allergy issues. It's a grass and can decimate your immune system. Give it 4 weeks and see if you don't feel better from that alone. It's hard at first because EVERYTHING easy and quick has wheat. Hamburgers, burritos, sandwiches, pizzas and pastas. It takes REAL effort. But it is WORTH it if you have grass and plant allergies. Plus, it forces you to eat deliberately which subsequently can help you to eat better. Try getting into the oil rigging industry. Those fuckers can make a lot of money, get farm strong, and often have their living situation handled for a large portion of the year. More ideas if you're interested, but I will stop here for now.
Listen to music without lyrics - get lost in your own thought, not the poetry of degenerate retards. walk outside and get outdoors more, find places like lakes, beach, parks, etc where you can sweat out all that goyslop from your veins and starve your body for real food like steak pork chops and potatoes. Pullups pushups and weights - not to become a hulk freak retard waste of space, but enough to not get hurt from moving boxes, yard waste, car parts - hell or even from waking up in the morning wrong. You will have more energy to accomplish smaller tasks and even the patience required to survive a common day in clown world. 🤡
Classic mistake. You followed the normie programming and got a normie result.
I still feel like a boy at 28 and not a man.
Men don't become legitimate adults until somewhere around their 40s, if at all. Regardless, we all have to start where we are.
It is quite clear to me that I need a fundamental change in all aspects of my life
Sure sounds that way. Remember, it will be a big challenge and won't happen overnight. Plus, comments online can only give you vague hints that don't address your specific issues.
In no particular order:
- Lose your shitty office job. Switch to anything that you like doing. Something involving physical labor might be good for awhile.
- Spend time writing down your life goals. Include every one, no matter how out of reach they may seem. Look online for a guide to 'visualization', meaning where you see yourself in the future having achieved those goals, and seeing how you succeeded. (crappy description for a valuable process - sorry)
- Exercise, eat good food (meat, veggies, low carbs), sleep, get outside into nature - hikes and etc., develop hobbies that interest you, play chess, read, etc.
- Initiate conversations with people who interest you, who aren't jews/nigs/fags/etc. "How did you get started in your business?" "What kind of fish are you catching?"
- Avoid drugs and alcohol, cults, and (I would say) modern society as found in cities.
- If you have any money and can afford it, travel could help break you out of your rut.
Hope some of that helps. Remember it's going to be a lifelong process.
You seem like the perfect candidate to be a trucker.
Just spend 5 years putting as many miles beneath your wheels as possible. Nobody gives a fuck if a trucker is ugly. Save up all your money. See how you feel at the end of the road.

I grew up around single mother families. The difference between the boys who grew up to be men is that they did not look for someone to lead them. They led themselves in responsibility. They married in their early twenties to young women, not feminists and put their family first. They were the leader of their family. If you can't lead yourself, you can't lead a date or a young lady or instil in her a confident belief in you.28 is not too old for anything.
It doesn't matter how crappy or wonderful your mommy was. The new family comes first in every regard for a sane and rational man. The new family is the motivation to earn, not themself or their childhood.
"When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.
And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love."

Seek out and join a Bowling League, relatively inexpensive.healthy,fun. This will help you meet folks with similar qualities & backgrounds.Bowling is fun & healthy. Don't skoff at this idea until you actually TRY & find out for your self.
The 'lifting' meme does nothing for me, but the positive aspect of exercising and working out is to become and feel fit and capable. Your experience of the world will change when your body does.
This is similar but more profound than just changing your physiology to change your mood.
When you get a chance, sit down, and make a list of the things that you want to do with your life that you've put off for whatever reasons. Don't worry about how silly or stupid any idea might be, just write those ideas out. Do you want to learn how to fly planes, drive a motorcycle, sketch realistically, learn to play guitar, or whatever. It doesn't matter, just write it out.
On another sheet of paper, re-write the things from that list in order of simplest to most complex. Yes, I know that you've already written a list, but just re-write them in that order, it doesn't need to be perfect. Once you've done that, start working out how to accomplish the things you've written down on that list.
If you encounter any problems, use the search engines to find suggestions on reference materials, or organizations you can get in touch with that can help. If need be, swing by again and let us know you're having difficulties. With how you've otherwise described your life, you've clearly got a good head on your shoulders and I honestly think we'd probably give you the wrong information just to appease our own egos.
With one exception, consider investing into a reliable ready reference you can pick up and study to better prepare yourself for engaging the opposite sex. I'd suggest that you get yourself a copy of Doc Love's "The System: The Dating Dictionary". Doc Love, who until his passing was also known as Tom Hodges, wrote a weekly advice column that's archive is mirrored on several mens focused sites and a podcast. His media is a bit pricey, but it's a solid foundation a guy can branch out from in RP aware circles. I'd suggest you review his advice column to decide if his view on dating and relationships is aligned with what you aspire for yourself. To save yourself a search, give this scribed link a gander to find out if his book is something you'd like to add to your library. It should also be available on libgen.
I would start by living as natural and primitive of life as you can possibly do. It is what our bodies and minds are meant to do and from there see how much of society and civilization you can add back while still remaining sane and healthy.
What that means is get out of the cities and go live in areas where you're living and working on farms or out in the wilderness.
Start with that and it will remake your body and mind especially if you're living off the food of the land which should just be animal meat and the occasional berries.
Get ripped. You won't be ugly anymore. Find your dad and punch him in his fucking face for being a piece of shit and not helping out his kid. The fact that you're concerned about yourself and wrote this shit here tells me you got some fire in you. Stoke that fire, buck up boy and learn how to work with your hands on your free time. You'll be alright. Also remember to enjoy life because we'll all be dead soon. Don't let anyone steal your enjoyment. When your confident and don't give a fuck what others think the chicks will come. Oh yeah and learn how to fight, like take judo or something.
Herro, Dogregwarrior. Yes, we know. You've taken owen benjewin as a father figure and now room whack with a vengeance. Go live at Ursa Rio and be a groundskeeper for owen. When he ain't looking, lay the pipe to that ugly beaner jewess he married. I know marine dude gaps that shit open all the time so you'll have to share. bong
I'm going to post this and I'm sure it's a repeat before I even scroll down to the other comments.
1. Work out 2. Walk in the sun 3. Get 8 hours of sleep if you can't work out so hard you are exhausted and must sleep. Stay up 24 hours to try and reset if you can 4. Turn off the TV 5. Meet like minded friends 6. Eat healthier I'd suggest full carnivore or cave man 7. Eat one good meal at night snack on healthy stuff during the day fruits veggies and drink alot of water 8. No alchol or drugs
DO THIS FOR ONE MONTH YOU CAN ALWAYS GO BACK TO BEING MISERBLE

The solution is to hit the gym, go get a job in some trade, and go bitch slap dad around until you grow weary of it.
Do these things and I guarantee your life will 180.
Once you get your shit together, rather than 'look' for a bitch, simply note the ones right in front of you who share the same interests.

Your allergies may be mites in the carpet/mattress. Steam clean all carpets, get new mattress or put a bag over the current one.
If ANYTHING, find a way to get more exercise and sun/fresh air. Ride a bike an hour a day. Go to the zoo/harbor/whatever. Sun is crucial to health.

Second. Exercise. Start slow and easy. Don't hurt yourself or you'll get discouraged.
I started easy and in a year was deadlifting 405lbs
But I'm a healthy guy that weighed 200lbs.
Everyone starts somewhere. No one in a gym will judge you if you stick with it.
A lot of newbs last 3 weeks and quit. Don't be that guy.
Start with a few push-ups and planks. Rome wasn't built in a day.
I ended up going 3-4 times a week for 3 years. Get a workout partner. You can encourage each other.
The more work you do the better you'll feel.
When I was lifting 405lbs it was a HUGE confidence boost!
Clean up your diet. Cut back on sugar and alcohol.
If you PM me I can give you some hard earned tips
Develope a relationship with God.
Good luck.
