Knew a girl in high school who looked very much like the girl on the left. She was hot blond, blue eyes, nice body. Girl was actually the first girl I ever kissed. Before even leaving high school she got a full torso tattoo of a flower turning into a dragon. I remember seeing her in horror when she came into school with it. Dumbass had a smoking hot body. Was a 8 or 9 out of 10. That tat brought it all down to about a 3 or 4.
When will women learn tattoos and piercings don't make you more attractive. If anything it makes you way less attractive. This girl looks like the inside of a truck stop bathroom stall.

But ... I've always assumed that it was related to the rampant homosexuality in the black community. Lots of sexual abuse in the rap/thug/gang/prison culture that is core to the black community.
