Let's go with that they won't set up a system whereby these people can get the Jew-variants (read: harmless) version of the shots. #1-3 have totally different timelines. For #3 it can be used as a compliance check just like communicating "pronouns". At the same time their NPCs can satisfy #2. There will be no consequences for #1 until they are no longer needed for #3.
too unreliable too unlikely to guarantee a death within a timeframe and they may be able to live some kind of life independant of any medical care, and might have to have more taxpayer money spent on them to keep them housed and fed anywhere. in fact ill actually go ahead and say that vaxxecution could be a part of a sentence, it may be beneficial to not vaxxecute them because it might make their stay in the oubliette shorter than natural.
i do think oubliettes and industrial woodchippers should become a thing tho.
i mean we could even go so far as to do a modern industrial version of the oubliette where any standard new commercial construction can incorporate... something... into a newly built structure, such as foundation work... to be able to contain minimal 'living space' for someone sentenced to an oubliette, and then by the time the building is signed off as finished the holes left have been filled up by drilling a hole and pumping concrete in.
no muss no fuss taxpayer happy justice served no need for more additions to the prison industrial complex.
