My third attempt to germinate tobacco seeds this year is failing too. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I don't smoke tobacco, but I wanted to grow some attractive 6 footers. The seeds are about half the size of the period at the end of this sentence.

I'm in that same boat, third attempt germinating seeds also. I hope it goes well for you this time.

Hmm, maybe I should have used the paper towel method for these too. That should work for your seeds unless they're no good. I had some of those from seed supreme, just one type that hated to germinate, when all the others did fine. Maybe I'll try paper towel with the few I have left and see if I can overwinter them.

*seed supreme did replace, but those failed too. Then I rebought because that was the one strain I really wanted. probably waiting til spring unless I get a tent.
