I'm really surprised that something in his body stopped that post from popping out the other side. I don't know if that's the shoulder girdle that catches it, or what. But if it had been his skull, I would have expected it to pop his noggin off. Based on how that right arm behaves, I'm sticking with the shoulder. AC joint separation? Probably shredded the brachial plexus, so the arm remains in the flexed position at the end until gravity brings it down.
