Seem to remember something like this happened in past history, worked last time so why not now! Ukrainians are still intentionally targeting and killing Russian civilians.

No mention of all the torture/murder videos the Ukrainians started posting in 2014. Every Ukrainian soldier is fighting to defend their ability to continue murdering Russians, and every one should be killed.
