“The defendant’s choices have left four young children without their mother..." obviously the ratchet's behavior had nothing to do with it,. since this was an ongoing thing i bet the woman tried to talk to the ratchet at first about her kids behavior. then she was probably threatened. the neighbor across the street interview was useless. she probably saw the whole thing and much of what happened in the past. but that is insignificant since it is all the 60 year old's fault for feeling threatened.

This is silly, the White lady was a typical unlikable retard, and was in an ongoing dispute because 'kids playing outside are too noisy', as neighborhood kids would play in an empty grass area adjacent to her home (which she evidently attempted to claim ownership of in one of the many previous police callouts she made).
On the incident in question, she previously had attempted to take one of the children's i-pads and told her 'to go get her mother if she had a problem'. the mother came and knocked on the door - this crazy retard put a bullet through the door at head height, after the sheboon bangs on the door.

EDIT: she had also previously searched up the stand your ground laws etc a few weeks before the shooting, and the investigators also deboonked her 'initial police statement' about the door shaking and being terrified it was going to break down and going back down to her bedroom to retrive her firearm, afraid the groid was going to bust in and kill her - as she fired within a matter of seconds of the sheboon first knocking on the door. (ie she was already waiting with the firearm behind the door).
Ultimately, she was found guilty because the prosecutors showed and proved she had basically conspired to create a situation where she could use deadly force against an individual that did not pose a deadly threat.
