why isn't there a standard PC for buying into Linux? like how windows has or apple has Mac.

Because you should buy the parts and build the computer yourself and get exactly what you need for the software you will be running. Anything else will be cheap stuff sold at high prices. Apple is the worst. You cant swap out parts and your files are locked down.
