Honey is extremely anti microbial by design. Honey found in ancient Egyptian tombs is still edible.

Just be clear, honey does not expire. You probably have adulterated, and filtered honey with high fructose corn syrup. Also probably won't spoil, but also isn't honey.

Pretty sure it doesn't go bad, and when it gets crystally jist microwave it for a few seconds

No it doesn't expire
We do about 2gal a year that's never processed other than packaging.
We have a few gallons that are several years old.
At 5yrs the stock is rotated.
Honey is powerful
