Yea, good idea. I'm also thinking about some nicotine gum - although i might just splurge out for some organically grown / non - additive tobacco - vapes just aren't doing it - they taste awful - no wonder they are so cost efficient.

Take astaxanthin and stay away from any vitamin A supplementation (retinyl, beta carotene) as well as zeaxanthin and lutein, which promote cancer in smokers, and ex smokers. This is what I do. Oh yeah and quit smoking.

Electromagnetic networks and device propagation definitely has an effect on biology. All the safety standards are too low and the safety 'data' is all gamed to fck, like covid was.
