28k If a man comes upon a young woman, a virgin who is not betrothed, seizes her and lies with her, and they are discovered, 29the man who lay with her shall give the young woman's father fifty silver shekels and she will be his wife, because he has violated her. ~ Deuteronomy 22 v 28

How the Italian Law for Marrying your Rapist was Changed

The article of law whereby a rapist could vacate his crime by marrying his victim was not abolished in Italy until 1981. Sexual violence became a crime against the person instead of against “public morality” only in 1996.

There are no Jews in the Eddas, or the Sagas, or the Epics.
But they are in your Jew-Bible.

You are a Judeo-Christ-Cuck whether you want to admit it or not.

Or, you can just forsake your Jew-Christ and declare White Blood and White Soil as your highest power.

That's from the part of the Bible that's too boring to read, so it doesn't count.

It's called Judeo-Christian because Christianity is a derivation of judaism, they both share the same foundational scripture written originally in a Semitic script.

It's akin to grouping languages into language groups based on commonality back to a protolanguage where you can find derivation, where they split into two or more languages. Or using phylogenetic tree to group flora or fauna into clades to show common ancestors. Just like wolves are apart of the canid branch and dogs are a sub-branch, a derivation of wolves as a now extinct Late Pleistocene wolf was the ancestor of the plethora of domestic dogs that exist today.

Christcucks just dont deal in realities, they deal in emotions.

That's not what this verse is about. Rapists were executed. Verse 25 is about forcing a woman, i.e. rape. Verse 28 is about consensual sex. It says if "they are discovered", which implies consent. Its similar to the language in verse 22 where both parties make the decision to take part. In verse 28 the virgin loses her bride price and will be dishonored and have a hard time getting married. The marriage ensures the man can't pump and dump a maiden that he may have beguiled. There wasn't a reward for forcing a woman, rapist got stoned.

It says if "they are discovered", which implies consent.

It implies no such thing, it means someone caught dirty David dicking Delilah behind the synagogue.

So if a Somali migrant rapes a Swedish girl and they were discovered, does that mean the Swedish girl consented to a nigger dicking? Is this the hill you die on?

It's the same language as verse 22, which is adultery commited by both parties. The English may say that but the specific hebrew words used are not the same. Rape is discussed in verse 25. The words for forcing and rape are not used in verse 28. In the concordance the words for forcing someone are used 290 times but not used in verse 28. Punishement for rape is specifically described in verse 25, it wouldn't be rewarded 3 verses later. "If they are discovered" is also important here. If it was rape wouldn't the girl tell her parents? If they have to be found out then the girl is hiding the relationship because it would hurt her social status and ability to fetch a bride price since she would no longer be a virgin.

The Somali forcing a girl would be rape in this case. Forcing someone is rape which is not what is happening in verse 28. No one even 2000 years ago would be ok with someone raping their daughter and marrying them. Even 100 years ago rapists would be hanged, but if the girl was taken advantage of or fell in love and got pregnant out of wedlock, the couple would be pressured to get married, e.g. a shotgun wedding.

Based on the language and context this is the most logical explanation for verse 28. It was to protect the woman from being taken advantage of or from letting their sexual desires get them into trouble, like all young people struggle with.

I knew you guys would bend over backwards to try and rationalise that the bible condones rape. That's why I also posted an article regarding national law in Italy based on the bible permitting a rapist to find the marriage loop hole to circumvent punishment.

You cucks are literally defending rapists ffs.
