When Australians lodge paperwork, I have to wonder how a 'crack-based' submission system can even work. Is there a wall that's specifically built with cracks for application lodging? Are the cracks natural as in stone, or are they more artificial like you'd get with saw cuts? What happens if your paperwork is inadequately lodged, and it falls to the floor? Perhaps this is what happened to poor Fadhullah Yusof in June.
