They used that test with the box with three holes in it shaped like a triangle, circle and square, and then the nig is given three blocks each shaped like one of the holes. The nigoid creature failed to insert any of the blocks into the correct holes for over an hour, then the test was cancelled and it was given a 49.

A low iq and an inability to comprehend one's actions should make you more likely to be punished, not less.

This is because you are more likely to reoffend, but we operate on the retarded philosophies derived from a Christian foundation rather than on a foundation of reason.

It's about the myth of free will, which doesn't exist, and the justice system that is based on this ridiculous and disproven concept.

We punish people for their actions, rather than do what is best for the benefit of our people. Which is how our system should work.

In the latter case, intent and agency do not matter, only the consequences of their behaviors and of our reactions to those behaviors.

The justice system should be a tool concerned with producing preferential results, not something that runs on the moralistic nonsense of "giving people what they deserve". Such a system protects the worst threats and punishes the least threatening all because of "muh free will".

For most of Christian history there were no jails except foe th nobles and royalty jailing each other nd nobody cared what they did to each other.

There was debtor prisons and anyone could go bail out a worker who had to work for you until the debt was paid.

Criminals were hanged or whipped.

It was US Quakers who invented jails that were for Christians who were supposed to use them like a monastery and reconnect with God and Christian morals.

Retarded is anything below 70IQ, at 49IQ can one even have the prerequisite co-ordination to hold onto a knife and use it?

35 to 49 = Severe intellectual disability.

Language, motor skills and social abilities are all several impacted at that IQ range.

But for an african or an aborigine, 49 is probably in the 2sigma range of average so it will include people who are neurologically healthy, just unable to perform abstract intellectual tasks.
