I think the biggest roadblock is most of the people of good character are very unskilled at bending or breaking the "law". We have to learn to play the game.

Building inspector for the local city? See a White that's mostly within regs? Give him a couple tips and don't report anything.

See a White stealing something? Look the other way, or even talk to the security guard to distract zir/them from looking.

Learn a trick to getting outside the law on something? Let your White friend's know. A friend tells you something, keep your mouth shut about it.

We need to make it known that the law is unjust and should be broken, all of it. If one law is unjust, all laws are unjust, and should be ignored appropriately.
