Article is spot on. Satellites are fake and gay. Not relevant to flat tard shit, but gos is land based towers. Sonos satellite radio and anything related to satellite

[ - ] Sheitstrom -1 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 00:46:06 ago (+1/-2)

That started out so interestingly. Then it devolved into saying that satellites were a psyop and satellite photos were computer generated? Did I read that correctly? What a fucking waste of time...

[ - ] FacelessOne [op] 1 point 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 00:50:39 ago (+2/-1)

That's how the story goes. We didn't get satellite images of earth until we deployed spy planes which by coincidence take images that could be said are taken by satellites.

Edit: Check out the Satellitr Hoax Threads.

[ - ] Tallest_Skil 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 23:42:01 ago (+0/-0)

They don’t exist. There are no GPS towers.

[ - ] MasklessTheGreat 3 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:06:09 ago (+3/-0)

There are two different options for an iPad. With or without cellular. The iPad without cellular does not have GPS capabilities. Just putting that out there.

[ - ] FreeinTX 1 point 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:23:14 ago (+2/-1)

The iPad without cellular does not have GPS capabilities. Just putting that out there.

Yet, you can buy this device,

https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/avpages/skyprogpsreceive.php?clickkey=260002

And it will have GPS information. 3d GPS information. With an x,y, and z axis for determining position and altitude at any flight level.

This is not possible on a flat earth model using terrestrial towers. Not possible at all.

[ - ] McNasty 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:26:30 ago (+2/-2)

That doesn't make Make your service provider automatically. Stop the infrastructure they have?

How disingenuous are you going to be today? I already posted the article explaining that your cell phone does not trade signals with a satellite.

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:30:10 ago (+1/-1)

Again, you can't get 3d information from a terrestrial tower on a flat earth. It isn't possible, and you can't even explain how you think it'd work.

But shit, you think GPS receivers talk and spherical trig isn't real.

You're a fucking idiot.

[ - ] MasklessTheGreat 4 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:39:13 ago (+4/-0)

Explain how you can’t provide that data from a land based tower.

[ - ] FreeinTX 2 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:44:49 ago (+2/-0)

You're asking me to prove that you can't do something, when you can't even begin to show how it would be possible.

You can't triangulate a z-axis on a flat earth with terrestrial towers. None of the towers could provide any z-axis information thousands of feet above the ground.

[ - ] McNasty 1 point 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:59:48 ago (+2/-1)

Yes. He asked you to prove that a land-based tower is somehow limited. That's an idiotic claim. Anything that can triangulate can make a three-dimensional image.

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 23:02:07 ago (+1/-1)

That's not true, dum fuck.

But how am I supposed to convince a fuckin' moron that thinks GPS devices "talk" to one another?

You can't even grasp how triangulation even fuckin works. That's how fucking dumb you are.

[ - ] McNasty 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 23:24:30 ago (+1/-1)

But how am I supposed to convince a fuckin' moron that thinks GPS devices "talk" to one another?

That was never my claim. Your claim was that GPS proved the Earth was spherical. I simply linked you to an explanation on how our phones work with GPS. It explained that they use cell towers to triangulate positions. This is impossible on a spherical Earth. You lose.

[ - ] FreeinTX 1 point 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 23:28:04 ago (+1/-0)

Dis u, ya fuckin' lyin' assed nigger?

Because they triangulate their position on a flat plane. This works because there's no curvature bulge of Earth interfering with any Tower communication. So an airplane in the sky can contact three different towers that are also in contact with each other. Everybody can Talk to each other on a flat Earth.

[ - ] MasklessTheGreat 1 point 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 00:45:12 ago (+2/-1)

You are 100% wrong because providing 3 axis position information from land based radio towers started in the late 1930’s. So I’m asking you to prove what already exists, fuckstick. In case you think I’m full of shit, look up ILS approach system. Don’t stop at reading that it exists. Read up on how it actually works.

[ - ] FreeinTX -1 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 09:07:10 ago (+0/-1)

You are 100% wrong because providing 3 axis position information from land based radio towers started in the late 1930’s.

Prove it. That's a fuckin' lie.

ILS doesn't not provide altitude , you weak minded fucking idiot. I'm a pilot.

[ - ] MasklessTheGreat 2 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 09:26:15 ago (+2/-0)

I know that, I’m a pilot too, faggot. It provides horizontal and vertical position. Vertical position from a land based tower. Simply know distance and an instrument could calculate altitude. You are saying ground based signals can’t exist while being a pilot and using the shit. You’re a special kind of stupid.

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 09:37:33 ago (+0/-0)

You need a refresher course because you suggested that a single VOR station could give you your position, which is blatantly wrong, and that ILS will give you altitude information, it does not.

I never once suggested the ground signals "can't exist" you strawmanning fuckin' faggot.

I said that terrestrial towers on a flat earth cannot possibly give you z axis information (altitude), or be used to triangulate a 3d position, thousands of feet above the earth. And they can't.

[ - ] DitchPig 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 09:42:39 ago (+0/-0)

Bwahahahahahahaha!

You are absolutely not a pilot.

Top kek.

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 09:45:05 ago (+0/-0)

I absolutely am. And a plane owner.

Bwahahahahahahaha

Total fuckin' faggot on display.

[ - ] McNasty 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:18:47 ago (+1/-1)

Neither does your iPhone. Years ago I moved to where I'm at now. I didn't know anybody and heavily relied on my phone's GPS. I had to get a new phone plan and went a week without any service. I could use my Wi-Fi for GPS routing. Once I left my Wi-Fi I cannot reroute or reconnect to GPS.

This article tells you that your phone does not use satellites.

https://www.theoutdoorlife.us/dedicated-gps-or-smartphone/#:~:text=Smartphones%20use%20triangulation%20from%20cell,which%20is%20far%20less%20accurate.

Your cell phone will get most of the information from the cell company and towers to feed to the GPS receiver. Some of this is gross positioning information based on what cellular towers can 'hear' your phone, so by this time they already know your location to within a city block or so through triangulation. Your cell phone will then switch from cellular to GPS for a split second and collect the raw GPS data from 3 satellites (mind you at random intervals set by the US Government and honored by the cell companies), and then switch back to cell mode. The cell then sends the raw GPS data to your cell company where your cell company processes that data (acting like an offline GPS receiver) and sends the location back to your phone for your phone and apps to use. Shew-wee!

So they're basically telling you that your phone does connect to a satellite except that it connects to the tower first and then the tower talks to the satellite and then talks to your phone or something like that.

It's complete nonsense. The cell tower isn't moving and it knows exactly where it's at. It does not need to talk to a satellite to find your position.

But the article clearly tells you that they use cell towers for GPS. I'm not disclaiming that NASA has satellite type computers that they fly up on big ass balloons. This is a selective service. These computers are not connected to the grid and can't afford to just have anybody using them. Their space and capabilities are limited and they are reserved for government and military and paid services.

[ - ] FreeinTX 1 point 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:25:29 ago (+2/-1)

This article tells you that your phone does not use satellites.

Total lie.

Smartphones use triangulation from cell towers before using GPS satellites to compute your current location which is far less accurate.

BEFORE. If you don't have cell phone service, the cell phone uses a cheap as fuck GPS antenna located in the phone, which you can read about in the specs and locate in the phone.

You're just making shit up.

[ - ] Prairie 1 point 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 00:02:31 ago (+1/-0)

Further, there are super-cheap car dash speedometers that have built-in GPS. They don't have SIM cards and service because they cost under $20. Since they lack an internet connection, it can take a while for them to first get a fix, because they have to synchronize time and get satellite coordinates via the low-speed channel GPS has. The same for those old dedicated GPS units. They don't use a cell network.

[ - ] FreeinTX 1 point 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 00:06:43 ago (+1/-0)

Exactly

[ - ] McNasty 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:27:09 ago (+1/-1)

Lol. Whatever dude. I made my point. All we're going to do is repeat ourselves. It's getting pretty boring doing that so I'll let the comments speak for themselves. Enjoy your faggot jew fantasies.

[ - ] FreeinTX 1 point 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:31:20 ago (+2/-1)

Yeah. You made your point. You're a disingenuous fucking nigger, and you don't even bother to read the shit you post as you lie about what it says.

Great point.

[ - ] McNasty 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:54:22 ago (+1/-1)

You lost. Towers cannot triangulate on a sphere.

[ - ] FreeinTX 1 point 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 23:05:55 ago (+2/-1)

Yes they can. And yes they do. There are 31 satellites. You only need 4 to calculate a 3d position. More than 4 for even greater accuracy.

https://files.catbox.moe/rcnxha.gif

https://gisgeography.com/trilateration-triangulation-gps/

[ - ] McNasty 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 23:23:38 ago (+1/-1)

No dude. If you're going to keep ignoring the curvature then you lose.

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 23:26:26 ago (+1/-1)

The curvature isn't an issue. There are more than enough satellites above the curve at any position on earth, except at extreme latitudes.

31 satellites more than covers direct line of site by 4 satelite at any given time.

Meanwhile, you can't even explain how your make believe towers would even work.

[ - ] McNasty 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 23:28:19 ago (+1/-1)

The curvature isn't an issue.

It's a huge issue if you claim that the Earth is spherical. You're the one claiming that. If you claim the Earth is spherical then you have to deal with the obstruction that a spherical Earth would create.

[ - ] Tallest_Skil 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 23:42:21 ago (+0/-0)

The first-gen iPhone connected to cell towers and had no GPS. You’re insane.

[ - ] DitchPig 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 09:43:33 ago (+0/-0)

Be dimmer.

[ - ] Tallest_Skil 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 14:21:30 ago (+0/-0)

Thanks for admitting GPS is sourced from satellites and not towers.

[ - ] DitchPig 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 14:54:39 ago (+0/-0)

Living in your own little world, eh?

[ - ] Tallest_Skil 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 15:01:55 ago (+0/-0)

[no argument]

Thanks for admitting GPS is sourced from satellites and not towers.

[ - ] DitchPig 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 15:03:41 ago (+0/-0)

Thanks for admitting you are a raging faggot.

Your failure to confirm that you are not a raging faggot confirms your raging fagtardation.

Incurable, terminal.

RIP

[ - ] FreeinTX 2 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:04:42 ago (+3/-1)

Explain to me how a system of towers on a flat earth can provide jet aircraft tens of thousands of feet above the ground with 3d position information (x,y, and z axis).

[ - ] MasklessTheGreat 1 point 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:07:25 ago (+2/-1)

Explain how a gyroscope would show strait and level the entire 360° flying around a globe?

[ - ] FreeinTX 3 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:18:38 ago (+3/-0)

Explain how a gyroscope would show strait and level the entire 360° flying around a globe?

It doesn't.

[ - ] MasklessTheGreat 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 00:46:45 ago (+1/-1)

Then why does an aircraft how does that work on an aircraft with mechanical gyroscopes that flies around the globe?

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 09:05:24 ago (+0/-0)

Is English your second language?

[ - ] oyveyo 2 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 03:06:57 ago (+2/-0)

Place an aircraft gyroscope on your desk. Watch it drift all the way back around to where it started exactly 24 hours after you started.

[ - ] DitchPig 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 09:41:20 ago (+0/-0)

Radio waves propagate upwards, as well as outwards. And the transmitters are stationary, making geolocation, and altitude ranging a doddle.

Kek.

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 09:52:12 ago (+0/-0)

Radio waves propagate out in a sphere from transmitters, which are not required to be stationary.

There is no way terrestrial towers on a flat earth can be used to get an altitude fix tens of thousands of feet above the surface. It isn't possible.

While, assuming a satellite GPS system, the one that actually exists, the ability to get 3d position information is elementary. Even a child could understand it.

[ - ] DitchPig 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 09:53:49 ago (+0/-0)

lol, no.

Definitely not a HAM, either.

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 10:01:18 ago (+0/-0)

Was a HAM. Let my license expire. Too many other hobbies.

[ - ] DitchPig 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 10:02:13 ago (+0/-0)

Total bullshit.

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 10:04:34 ago (+0/-0)

Show me a single piece of equipment that anyone on the planet is using to determine a 3d fix, which includes altitude, using radio propagation, NOT GPS, that works at 20,000 feet above the earth.

If it's possible and being done, show me the equipment. Let's look at the specs. Let's see how it works.

You won't. You can't.

Just talking shit, cause you're an utter fucking faggot.

[ - ] DitchPig 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 10:17:32 ago (+0/-0)

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 10:27:00 ago (+0/-0)

Hey, dumb nigger, that doesn't provide a 3d fix for anything. Try again, fag.

[ - ] DitchPig 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 10:32:48 ago (+0/-0)

Can't code, either.

Are you jews allowed to type today? Probably using voice recognition, eh?

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 10:37:07 ago (+0/-0)

No. I don't code. That's true.

Why can't you provide a map of what you think the earth looks like that includes a scale for distance? Why is that so difficult?

Hey, I know, show me a flat earth model that explains short days during the summer for Usuaia (the southern tip of South America), and long winter days.

Why is that so hard for you guys? Its the current year. We have the technology. Why can't you provide these elementary level things?

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 11:16:20 ago (+0/-0)

Better yet, lemme ask you this.

Do you think major jetliner aircraft have this device, or one similar to that device, on board their aircraft to determine their exact 3d position to within 3" of accuracy?

You can look up EXACTLY what equipment that they use. You can even look up that equipment and find out EXACTLY how that equipment, on board the aircraft, works. Do you think we'll find a device that works on the same principles as the device that you posted here?

[ - ] DitchPig 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 13:06:51 ago (+0/-0)

lol
Do you even IFR?

[ - ] FreeinTX 0 points 9 monthsAug 3, 2024 15:17:40 ago (+0/-0)

Yes. I do IFR.

[ - ] McNasty -1 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:09:51 ago (+0/-1)

Because they triangulate their position on a flat plane. This works because there's no curvature bulge of Earth interfering with any Tower communication. [ - ] FreeinTX 3 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:26:52 ago (+3/-0)

GPS receivers do not "contact" anything. It doesn't "talk" to anything. They are receive only.

You're fucking dumb.

[ - ] McNasty -1 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:27:22 ago (+0/-1)

You lost. You're so disingenuous about it too.

[ - ] Tallest_Skil 2 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 23:42:58 ago (+2/-0)

Thanks for admitting that you lied about GPS.

I'm not asking a whatablutism.

I'm saying the existence of z-axis data on aircraft GPS systems disproves flat earth GPS towers. These are mutually exclusive. And you can't show otherwise. You can't defend your stupid fuck assertion that the earth is flat AND GPS are towers. You simply can't.

[ - ] FacelessOne [op] 0 points 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:23:30 ago (+2/-2)

no whataboutisms

You're a fucking piece off shit.

[ - ] Portmanure 1 point 9 monthsAug 2, 2024 22:00:59 ago (+1/-0)

I’ll tell you a story about gps. We would fly up and down the persian gulf and those fucking Iranians would harass us. They would broadcast on our radio frequencies and say naughty things. They also jammed our gps signals. Trying to get us to stray into their airspace to shoot us down. Here’s the funny part. When they miji’ed us at there fullest capacity our military nav dropped off line. But we had iPads they worked perfectly. lol.
