Fried some leidy's maple smoked bacon in an old pan that is starting to lose its' non-stick surface. (hope I ain't ingesting any of that crap). Fried a couple of heartlands best xtra large in the grease. Didn't take the time to make home fries, but I did polish off a bag of Wachusett sour cream and onion ripple chips while waiting for the bacon to crisp up. Located an old and stale thomas's english muffin that was hiding in the back of the fridge to go with it. I can give the recipe to you goats, if you're interested. I'll post a pic of my italian sub at lunch time.

1. Get rid of that pan. DuPont sponsored your cancer. Cast iron. A #8 will do for a single person or a #9/#10 will be great for a family. Check out field company for modern high quality pans. Or go old-school with Griswold or Wagner.
2. Get some eggs from a farm if possible. Only a few heritage breed chickens lay extra large eggs and I doubt that heartland's best is using them. Duck eggs, or quail eggs might be good alternatives.
3. Ripple chips? Complete with olean to help you shit out your guts.

Breakfasts should be high protein, high fat, high acid. Eggs, garden grown tomato, sausage/bacon, coffee, butter and home fermented sauerkraut. Stir in some milk and eincorn flour to your bacon fat and make up some gravy.

You aren't taking responsibility for the things you are eating and no one else is going to.

Our Wagner 9c lives permanently on our stove top.
It gets warmed up every day.

I agree. Cast iron can be tough to learn but once you do the flavor is incredible. It will also last forever.

Cast iron. Throw that shit pan in the garbage so it can leach all that toxic shit into the soil instead of directly into your brain.

Seriously dude, it's super easy to learn to cook for real. That non-stick stuff is for retards in more ways than one. It's never too late to improve.
