Religious diets are invoked as a sign of moral superiority.
Plant based "milk" drinkers are a level above people who drink cow milk in their minds. It's why vegetarians always have to announce that they're vegetarians.
They're controlled by jew kaballa "levels". The eternal jew will always hold down hoops for them to jump through because they're not good enough and never will be.
Freemasons are the toxic kaballa levels.
The 1970's self improvement cult was created by a few book publishers with a lot of different subsidiary imprints. They flooded the market with self help books and the jew run afternoon talk shows started lecturing women non stop about to be "better" than what they were because they weren't good enough. Women saw those books and felt "I'm not good enough", and then tried to change to get the approval of some fat old kike publisher. It never stopped, and never will until the jews are erased. It got into how they raised their boys who weren't good enough either, and how they all date, because nobody's good enough.
They made the word "potential" toxic poison, as if each non jew owed something.
All of these things are nothing but sugar water with a tiny bit of whatever they claim to be milk of. The almond milk the oat milk everything else it's all just sugar water literally sugar water. But these idiots drink it and they actually think it's more healthy then protein and healthy fats in actual animal milk. You know the stuff that's designed to provide intense concentrated nutrition for a young mammalian body. That stuff. And they want to replace it with sugar water. And they actually think it's more healthy somehow. I'll tell you people are so fucking stupid I'm almost just not even going to care anymore what the fuck happens.
People are stupid, but if you think the hormone riddled, processed, and pasteurized shit they call milk is good for you, then go for it. Chugalug. If you really want milk for the health benefits, drink the intense concentration of nutrition from a young (human) mammalian body.
Someone gave me a chocolate chip cookie the other day and when I took a bite I spit it back out. I look at the package and in small print it says it's 100% plant-based. It tastes like shit.
Beware "The Complete Cookie" because it is completely disgusting.
Thanks. That was a decent article I think I will bookmark. I dont think soy milk is a risk free food. But I think it is not bad in moderation and the alternatives like milk also have problems associated with them. Most foods seem to have a down side at high consumption. Vitamins too.

plant based diapers and cigarettes. They actually advertised those two items as plant based. Never ever had I thought to wonder if diapers had any type of meat in it.
Mental illness is no laughing matter. If you or someone you know is suffering from Cultural Marxism please call 1-800-273-8255. There is a brighter life ahead.
I'm drinking unsweetened coconut milk in my coffee right now because my keto diet doesn't work if I eat dairy. Butter and hard cheese is okay though. Seven pounds down in 9 days!
I drank it for a while, mostly because I have an allergy to milk that went undiagnosed for decades resulting in me having persistent skin issues. The rule here is don't buy organic from the United States and you won't get contamination.
I like drinking coconut water and bought some coconut milk by mistake. My wife used it in a cobbler recicpe to see how it would turn out and it was delicious.

The saddest part is some of these types will feed it to their animals and young children. That's the real travesty. Growth stunted because of this woke nonsense
But, semantics aside, almond "milk" and oat "milk" isn't really all that bad, other than it's expensive. They are good for high protein shakes. Probably just call it "almond juice" and "oat juice" instead.
There shouldn't be any oil in oat milk, unless you are buying "Goy-Chow brand oat milk". It's just blended oats that are soaked in water and then strained.
That being said, I wouldn't recommend drinking it on it's own. It's more of a liquid substrate for making protein smoothies. You have to at least add peanut butter. There's your oil. ProTip: Also add some chocolate pudding as a thickener. And a banana. It makes a pretty good breakfast.

Only as an expander, not as a substitute. It has no oxygen carrying capabilities. There is still currently no viable blood substitute.
You can keep the circulatory system as full and open as you want, but if it's not carrying oxygen to the cells...
This is why Special operations medics started taking coolers of pre-packed whole blood on operations.
