If they were indeed in low earth orbit, the view of the earth would be whizzing by so fast it would be easily visible during the long shots seen here. Yet the view is perfectly stable.

Conclusion: the narrator of this video is misleading you. Making you think you are seeing something which you are not. The scene would not have been possible to create if they were in low earth orbit as described in the video.
