I loved those books when I was little, but I believe I got into the “Sweet Valley Twins” books, which were geared toward preteens.

I was busy flying at that time and totally missed it. No time to watch TV when you are trying to get some sleep crew resting in a noisy hotel, worrying about how you are going to make the next flight happen safely. It was fun though!
