He's right about this, but poor at explaining why. Here's a tl:dr sample: In the end, God returns to earth and has a throne in Jerusalem, no longer in heaven. The dead get resurrected and judged here on earth. Consider, how can the dead be judged on Judgement Day if they're already in heaven? Preachers get it all wrong.
I think he is making the case that the unsaved will be dead awaiting judgement until after the millenium. The surviving saints and those raised from the dead will be caught up into the air to meet Yahusha and will spend the millennium there with Him in the New Jerusalem, returning to a purged and cleansed earth after.
