They (Asians) are also not too bad at shooting.

Korean and chink teens taking the spots.

Old skater here. I can give you a few reasons. Both the males and females I've seen skate can do some incredible things. They likely start at a very young age. With the huge urban environments they live in they have plenty of spots to learn. Take a kid in Omaha versus Tokyo. Kid in Omaha is going to have limited options for stairs, ledges, rails etc. Whereas the kid in Tokyo has a endless supply.
