When Eratosthenes made his conclusion of a spherical Earth based on shadows cast by the sun, did he ever consider what the shadows created by the Moon mean? Busted using post hoc reasoning again.

The biggest problem are distances on the flat earth. Only distances exactly north-south are correct. All other distances are wrong, especially south of the equator, eg. Australia is 2.5 times too wide on the flat earth.

The distance from Perth Australia to Ushuaia Argentina is 6450 miles.

The distance from Ottawa Canada to Bejing China is 6911.

This is only possible on a spherical earth.

The Earth can only be sphere. It's the only reasonable shape that explains this.
