They are extremely mixed. They are the cause of virtually all race mixing. Historically these polygynous tribes are warlike and usually pastoralists. They need to subjugate and enslave other males and steal their women. Its the reason for most human migrations. Real life examples of polygyny are always like this. There is no instance of a society losing 90% of its males and surviving through polygyny. Such a society simply collapses and is overrun by males from neighboring groups. Women dont want to share a male with 9 other women. Such a situation only occurs when the male in question is fabulously wealthy or there is forced sex slavery or both.
Unless the jews are purged from Ukraine that ethnicity is history. The best thing they could do, in a world with no limits, is use the best male samples in the world to impregnate the remaining women with the best available genes. Ideally importing those men so that every family is a nuclear family.
A more attainable goal might be to aquire that sperm through selective donations and import lower quality men who are more inclined to move there if given land, financial support, and a wife and kids. But they have to agree to raise the bastards as their own.
Polygamy is much worse alternative to those because the children will suffer for not having a nuclear family, and the genetics of the few that are left will not be the best. It will lead to a narrow gene pool.
The need a Ukraine is for Ukrainians movement. And a well funded right to return program.
If Ukraine was for Ukrainians, they wouldn't have lost Crimea (90% ethnic Russian) and there would have been no war in Eastern Ukraine (>70% ethnic Russian).
A right to return program for ethnic Ukrainians would help. Ukraine is for Ukrainians, Russia is for Russians movement (the same for all former Soviet countries) and expel all Ukrainians back to Ukraine. Also, it would lessen the likelihood of similar wars in former Soviet countries and stop Russian expansion.
Whatever is left after the war, wherever the border ends up, Ukrainians must demand that Ukraine be for Ukrainians. Right to return program not only for ethnic Ukrainians in Russia and former Soviet countries, but also Europe and North America.
