Wonder if it was just a choice she made, or if there were medical conditions she was tired of treating.

Either way, she added a bit of time and mobility on her life. Good work!

She probably started eating healthy too.

Most likely roids and/or growth have been introduced at some point. It is hard for a 40 year old man to keep that much muscle mass on let alone a 75 year-old woman.

[ - ] Crackinjokes [op] 2 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 08:49:42 ago (+2/-0)

I have seen multiple examples of it without roids or growth hormone so I don't think so.

I am older than forty and can easily keep on muscle mass as long as I keep lifting. It goes away fast of I stop though.

goodby old age (but most of them are so lazy...)

[ - ] yesiknow 2 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 00:32:47 ago (+2/-0)

Why can't you be an unfit granny at 70? bake cookies for the grandkids and watch the weather channel if you want. Nobody;s gonna fuck her, and she;s going to have a stroke in her alloted time.

She's not 20, or 30 or 50. She;s a grandmother. She's done her time and the approval button dies with the internet off button. Her family loves her or they don't.

[ - ] big_fat_dangus 6 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 00:47:06 ago (+7/-1)

You discount how different you feel being in shape vs being fat and gross. At 70 your will to live is already waning and if you feel like a fat turd, because you are one, that's pure misery. Can't be the jolly cookie baking grandparent if you feel like shit 24/7. Getting fit is as much a head game as it is physical.

If you don't exercise you'll feel crappy

[ - ] yesiknow 1 point 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 09:08:55 ago (+1/-0)

Maybe you think that's true for you.

[ - ] uvulectomy 2 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 01:15:31 ago (+3/-1)

Maybe she got tired of being tired all the time? Maybe she decided getting winded on short walks was a shitty way to live? Maybe she wanted to keep doing things for herself as long as possible?

Plenty of reasons to not be a fat fuck, even in old age. Makes me think you're a fatty.

[ - ] yesiknow 1 point 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 09:10:39 ago (+1/-0)

The opposite, not that your opinion has any importance outside your own head. Do you disapprove of your grandmother if she's not fit enough.

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 16:44:03 ago (+0/-0)

You write like a cunt

[ - ] NuckFiggers 3 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 00:26:35 ago (+3/-0)

It's not that she looked younger, she just lost weight. Most people don't give a fuck that they look like fat, disgusting blubberballs. Then they think they should be treated better than they treat themselves.

[ - ] Crackinjokes [op] 0 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 08:48:06 ago (+0/-0)

No. She definitely toned up. Her skin also toned up.

Lifting caused the release of hormones and tissue regeneration stem cells and more. It actually remakes neglected tissue.

[ - ] bohmoonx 8 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 00:18:20 ago (+8/-0)

Lifting won't extend your lift but the last 5 years you will be able to take care of yourself instead of being in the care of niggers in a death camp. She probably panicked and realized her kids are NOT going to provide care and wipe her ass.

"Use it or lose it."

There is a reason why many +65 yr. olds go downhill once they retire. Inactivity, stress, and lack of direct sunlight exposure will age you just as fast as smoking, or drinking.

[ - ] WhiteCollarCriminal 2 points 9 monthsJul 28, 2024 23:27:05 ago (+2/-0)

What does direct sunlight have to do with anything? I'm seriously asking. Due to "the covid" and a surgery i was supposed to get in Boston and didn't BECAUSE of the plandemic, I moved from my home in Scottsdale AZ to my house on cape Cod around 2020 and never went back. My health is NOT what it was in Arizona where I was exposed to the sun constantly. Tell me what the sun was doing for me please?

[ - ] KosherHiveKicker 5 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 00:30:13 ago (+5/-0)

Direct sunlight has multiple effects on the human body.

- Vitamin D production
- Circadian rhythm / sleep cycle
- Fat storage/burning
- Clearing up your overall skin of multiple conditions.

There are even some things related to hormones which are still being studied.

[ - ] KeepPoal4fags 1 point 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 03:37:46 ago (+1/-0)*

You moved to a much colder environment which has a crazy positive effect on physical and mental health. Look at all populations near the equator, all retards with short lifespans. That doesn't mean sunshine is the problem, rather the consistent high temps. Long-lived populations closer to the poles sun-bathe as part of their culture, for good reason.

[ - ] TheYiddler -1 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 05:38:34 ago (+1/-2)

The cold doesn't directly affect physical and mental health. Winters select for smarter populations. Those smarter populations can be taken out of that climate and still succeed.

[ - ] boekanier 0 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 00:48:41 ago (+0/-0)

you are immune to the beneficial sunlight, yet there is truth in the saying 'sunshine is the best medicine'

[ - ] bobdole9 0 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 08:48:49 ago (+0/-0)

Travel back to Arizona in winter if you can. Perk of being a northerner is the seasonal depression that flares up in January and February.

KHK has all of them, but sunlight also helps your mental health.

[ - ] Ragnar 0 points 9 monthsJul 29, 2024 16:38:50 ago (+0/-0)

I get depressed in summer
