I don't think so. If you pause the video as he passes the last column, then again when Jill finds her final standing position (same location), she actually appears taller than normal compared to Joe (probably because wearing heels).

It’s so funny that people still think Biden is the same guy from 2018. You can look with your own two eyes and see his signature isn’t remotely the same, but the electric jew tells you it’s him, so that’s all that counts. The cognitive dissonance is extremely strong.

It is really hard to say, depending on the focal length of the camera, forced perspective can be significant. It definitely gives me pause but I haven't seen any pictures that to me seem definitive
