We were probably our best as a country just before World War II. Despite all the talk about World War II making the United States what it is the actual fact is we were running along as a peaceful non-war loving country in the period after or one where people had realized the ridiculousness of endless wars and before World War II where we got propagandized again by the Jews and the movie Sergeant York to want to go to war again.
During that period of time some of the greatest architecture and developments in America took place. The eugenics phase was recognized were people recognize that it was worthwhile to have some control over bad people breeding too much and they encouraged good people to have more children. That is often portrayed as something awful today but in actual fact your society cannot survive if you have too many low IQ people as a proportion of the society.
Anyway the movie doesn't have anything to do with that as far as I know but it's just a beautiful example of what people look like and how they acted before World War II in America
There doesn't seem to be anything here yet
