You just haven't lost enough weight yet. When you lose enough weight your body is going to be the right natural shape and you're going to see muscles that were hidden behind fat. When your waist is 36 or below then come tell me about your disproportionate fat. There won't be any really.
Consider it a long term investment in fitness. The fat parts will catch up if you keep at it and remain steady and on your game. I.e. continuous uninterrupted exercise routines, and there is no such thing as a cheat day. You cheat, you screw up the metabolic condition you’ve worked so hard to achieve.
There is absolutely nothing morally wrong with using steroids to boost your gains. There's risks, serious risks, but that just means you need to be careful and make sure you use them correctly while preparing for the worst in case you need to deal with any issues that come up.
Also, in adfition to taking testosterone, you should also invest into human growth hormone, and do some blood doping as well.
A lot can be said for Adderall and Metformin, and ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, natch.
All of these will aid in your self enhancement. Just be careful with them and don't stray from the recommended path.
If you start HGH, not only are there a lot of side effects while you're on it, but if you stop taking I've heard the effects will be exponentially bad in the opposite direction of what you're trying to achieve.
Testosterone/steroid dosing shrinks your testicles and literally causes them to atrophy.
Dude would be much better off avoiding all exogenous estrogen (phthalates, BPA, linings in canned food, plastic, and household products- check your shampoo labels! Get rid of sodium laurel/laureth sulfate, etc- they put poisons in EVERYTHING). It would be better to make natural changes that don't require expensive and body altering hormones from big pharma- that's like gender reaffirming bullshit. Look up foods that help boost testosterone, and herbs (nature's medicine) that help boost testosterone.
Keep exercising. Don't whack it. Testosterone will increase naturally.
Just looked up "natural dandruff remedy", there's lots of things but to make it easy:
1. take probiotics and Omega 3s, try to have a pretty good diet and lower stress 2. get some more natural shampoo and add some tea tree oil to it 3. they say you can do apple cider treatments, or coconut oil treatments (I know when my babies had cradle cap which is grosssss crusty/oily scaly patches all over baby's head, I would just constantly have their head covered in coconut oil until it went away- you can add tea tree to the coconut oil too)
There's some more stuff on the internet, lots of "naturally minded" people have paved the way. Hope you find something that works! best luck!

Have your thyroid checked. If you arent supplementing iodine, I can tell you that you are deficient in iodine. It is necessary for thyroid hormone.
