makes sense, as most democrat voters don't even know who their VPs are, and republican voters are sick of their party being almost indistinguishable from the democrats now.

I'm betting that if you asked 1000 random people off the street in California, during Obama's first term, the vast majority of them couldn't even name Joe Biden as the VP. Our current "most voted for" President in history.

Since they didn't qualify it, you have to presume this was a group of randos polled. There is some percentage of people polled who hate trump and anyone associated.
