Some might chime with "hue-hue, if they won't even call for it, they'll never do it", but they don't understand the process.

Civil wars and revolutions require a advocate-stage to get everyone on the same page before a nation is really of the mindset to follow through. Why? Because talk is the basis of identifying who is and who is not in support, and that in turn is the basis for organization, without which you don't have a war, just lone maniacs.

Ban even discussion of it, and you cut off the organizing phase at its knees.

But believe me, the nation is well beyond ready.
