I keep seeing a lot of videos of those people sitting in the road to block vehicles.

False Imprisonment is a crime, and drivers should be able to do ANYTHING to their captors in order to escape. Practically speaking, many types of sports and regular cars could be damaged by driving over them, so direct manual/physical action might be preferred.

If you can't drive over the oil blockers in the first place, then you'll have to get out and deal with their bodies before proceeding. A beating or a few kicks to the face should prompt many to move, as they generally seem to be the more passive types. If they turn agro though, sure.

All 45 individuals that took part in the just for oil protest should get the same sentence as these 5., after all everyone involved sought out participation in this public-disruption protest - none mistakenly took part.

Fck this globohomo judge. If 45 people, all took a materially active part in murdering an individual - i'm sure i wouldn't see only the 5 main offenders jailed. (m#ugh maybe i would).
