It’s fake. The notes don’t correspond to the keys. Also those are chords being played - not possible with a paw. Sorry.

If that's real that dog really is good. There's no question that he's hitting the notes or the chords or his paws with very good time. He's also matching the tone with his howls.

And it really seems to me that he's choosing to go up and down on the scale and he's turning around and that's not just a random function of him turning around because like I said before he's doing it with perfect timing.

If you remove all the black keys (or their corresponding strings) from a piano and only leave the White keys, no matter what notes you play you will always be in the key of C major and at a minimum it won't sound completely offensive. Try it yourself, https://www.musicca.com/piano
