This was the same claim that tied Assange to the DNC leak, and pulled focus away from Seth Rich.

Snowden talked about the intelligensia's ability and willingness to hack into a systems, leaving traces that Russia did it, as a false flag, and had been developing these techniques under Obama, with a Hillary Clinton Secretary of State.
