"Green shirt" was obviously the aggressor and did knowingly and willfully approach the white truck with a weapon plainly visible to the driver of the white truck in his right hand, demonstrating capability, opportunity, and intent to use deadly force to cause death or grievous bodily harm.

99.99% of all problems are NOT "gun problems". And of the 00.01% that ARE "gun problems", you'll know right away, because they'll come at you like this dipshit, and when they happen, they happen fast. As you just saw, it goes from 0 to 100 in about 5 seconds. So be ready.

Most people don't even realize they are in a gunfight until it's already happening. They don't want to see what is happening and they don't want it to be them. So they're already on the back foot.

The gunfight actually starts when one party or the other looks over at the other guy and decides he's gonna pull. That's it. That's the start.

When the guns come out, the time for talking has already passed, and it won't come back around again until after the smoke has cleared.
