Very suspicious because of the initial non-reaction.
But, I still believe that everyone was looking that way for minutes because of the commotion that people were doing to tell the police and SS about the shooter they saw on rhe roof for MINUTES.. (And they ignored)..

She is looking where everyone including Trump are looking (at the big TV screen). She isn't hiding behind the sign. She just rests it on her lap. Holding up your arms for long periods of time is tiring. I doubt she would sit where she could be hit if she knew someone was going to be shooting that direction. And a woman taking out her phone... The "smirking" looks to me like video compression/interpolation when Trumps arm starts moving in front of her face. Video artifacts caused by Trumps arm moving. Her face appears to change but in reality it's just the digital video making that happen. Look at 10 seconds. Where his arm is and her face then move the video time slider slowly (still at ten seconds and then at 11) and you can see the movement is putting artifacts in the video. You can actually see it right after a lot better where you see Trumps arm and a video artifact of motion blur creating another arm further out from Trumps actual arm. It's a black transparent artifact of his suit/arm.

That artifact is what is happening on her face before the arm passes by her face.
