There are lots of footage of the shooting.
There are plenty of images from several angles.
I think this particular point is useless.
What is important is how.. For sure this was allowed.. One of the only buildings with clear shot, several people were shouting to the police saying they were seeing a shooter with rifle in the roof.. I even think the entire rally and Trump were facing that way because they were seeing some commotion..
They did not know what it was..
But I'm sure the secret service, security, police, knew..

Why the blood is darker? Not sure, maybe indeed it coagulated quicker..
But that is the shooter (or one of them) and he was killed at that moment and we can see video of it..
