No, it's not at all the same person. The real Biden got the hair plugs a long time ago. The change from 2012-13 was a completely different person with a different facial structure. Also the teeth. Not that money means anything to a US senator, but would you really part with shining white tooth caps and go back to your natural teeth which might be yellowed and a bit crooked?
