Dunno about anyone else but a migraine for me means lying in a fetal position under the shower for about 10 hours trying not to die.

Aspirin doesn't do shit. Tea and biscuits work somewhat.

Usually I get them when I'm too broke or busy to eat properly for weeks. Usually an extreme lack of glucose.

Only time I did that was after a night of heavy drinking. Then I would turn the cold water up, vomit in the shower, drink some black coffee and go to work.

lol yeah thats not a problem i have. put up with it for the night, have a spew in the morning, then a can of mother and a whopper with cheese and the world is apples again.

migraines arent self induced. theres all different kinds but the ones i get are essentially the brain running out of glucose and starting to cannibalise itself bit by bit. not a diabetic thing either for me, just in the past being bang on the poverty line but prioritising being able to get to work to earn more money over eating something other than the cheapest... something.... i can get, that will go the furthest!

I like coffee but can only do decaf. I wish they had decaf in a lot more options but it is what it is. If I want the good stuff, I gotta stop being a pussy.

You should research the chemical process that is used to leech the caffeine from the beans. It is toxic as fuck, and you are consuming it.
