Diversity Is Bullshit. We all know that. And now it's arriving at the normies' doorsteps. The question we need an answer for is WHY.

WHY does "diversity" not improve anything? Sure, it's easy for any of us to pull up reasons: lower IQs, shitty cultures, laziness... The list can go on.

But what needs to come out is an acceptably-phrased reason which normies can digest.

So WHY ... EXACTLY has "diversity" not made people rich? What is it about the diversity of races and genders which causes projects and companies to crater so magnificently?

I think that if the right reason can be presented the right way, normies won't be able to reject it. I don't know - maybe they normies will still reject it with their cognitive dissonance. But it's worth another try.

We all make decisions in our best interest and in the best interest of our closest relations.
In almost all cases, this is going to be someone who looks like us because our closest relations are our families.
So, when everyone looks the similar, it's easy to get some residual effect of someone else making a good decision for themselves and their family be because that policy is also going to favor you.

When you introduce diversity in the mi you are diluting the amount of residual effects benifit you, because people who don't look like you are acting in their best interest and the best interest of people who look like them.

So, is two strikes against you.
You lose 1 point for losing an ally.
And you lose 1 point for gaining a hostile actor.

It's about reducing cohesion so the people in power can stay in power. They fear an awakening and if we're afraid of our neighbors, we're too busy to plot against them.

I think this is the closest we're ever going to get to the truth. Some hints:

United we stand, divided we fall.

Who benefits from the division?

Oh here we go I'm going to blame the jew again. How could the jew otherwise blend in a homogeneous society without standing out as a sore thumb? The more divided we are, the stronger their unity is. They are united, and effective because of it. It's mind games. Psychological warfare.

How do you convince normies of this? You can't. Normies are raised to be useful idiots by design. Cowardly in nature, the normie is most afraid of being alone, being a pariah. Normies aren't easily dislodged from their opinions, because they stand to lose a lot by going against the crowd. They will lose their friends, their social status and their financial position. Only when they have nothing left to lose they will become accepting of the truth.

Young people are more perceptive and open as they haven't accumulated the wealth and prosperity. Normies will follow once there is a safe and accepting segment of the population that won't hate them for being "anti-semitic".

So, by skipping a bunch, the answer is propaganda. Contribute to the fight by donating money, or donating your time. Spread the word and fight the censorship which will come.

Diversity does not equate ordered distributions. What people forgot is "variety" is supposed to be what they are looking for. So if you are going to a touristic place and you meet a variety of people of ethnic backgrounds, it usually equates people of the same cultural and regional values; you go to Spain and you meet Basques, Spaniards, southern French, Mediterranean islanders, and even a few Italians on the coastline.

Once diversity happens, they probably have it gamed out so they win either way. If you get normies to reject diversity, the turmoil that would cause could be a very 'useful crisis' to go in a variety of directions.

Even if normies remain retarded, the shit is still going to hit the fan because of diversity.
