Back in 2018, my colleague introduced me to the Stok brand of Cold Brew coffee. It was a very smooth option available from Aldi in a large jug nicely priced at $2.95 or so.
After Biden took office, the price of this product has gone up to nearly $6.
Correct. This is inflation, prices will never be normal. They are desperately trying to hold the failing economy together until the election. Once that happens, it's all gonna fail at once.
Inflation is transitory. 2020 elections most secure elections in the history of the United States. Two weeks to flatten to curve. January 6th was an armed insurrection. Epstein committed suicide. Fiery but mostly peaceful protests. We just want to get married. White supremacists are the most significant domestic terrorism threat facing the United States. The borders are closed. Hunter's laptop and Ashley's diary are Russian disinformation.
Prices will never return to old levels. If the government stays out of it and reduces its spending, prices should only increase a bit (or more than a bit) more, then stabilize while wages slowly creep up to roughly the same percentage increase.
You know the government will never stay out of it, though.
Prices never return to ‘normal’. The only way inflation can be reversed is via deflation and that’s far more devastating for an economy because once you get caught in a deflationary spiral (almost inevitable once it starts) production will shut down. People won’t buy a €60k car today if they think/know it will be €50k new in a year’s time, so people begin to only spend on essentials and keep putting off all other purchases. This reduces demand massively which then reduces supply, so nobody produces anything beyond the essentials.
1) Inflation has not reduced. It's still as high. 2) Even if inflation reduces, that doesn't mean prices go down. Reduced inflation means prices will be raising slower. 3) Prices will never go down until we have deflation, which will not happen in our lives.
I measure it by meat. Pork chops are still $3.59, with various beef at $4.99 to $6.59.
Packaged drinks and processed foods are going to reflect the cost of the labor and corporate market forces. Those walmart comparisons were for a basket of garbage foods - Sodas and "food" in boxes.

$1.99 ground beef kept me healthy in the 2000s. Would combine sour cream, shredded cheese, and avocado. This slop would keep you lean full for 24 hours for just under $10.
That same poor man’s meal would be financial suicide today.

The currency you mentioned ($USD) is a debt-based fiat currency. This means that more currency must be continuously created, thereby reducing the purchasing power of existing currency in circulation. Think of it this way- You and the rest of the goats used to use gold (for large purchases) and silver (for smaller purchases) as a means to buy and sell things to each other. Along comes mikeythejew and he says, "HEY! I have an idea, goats! How about I issue the currency from now on so that you can all keep your gold and silver! I will call the new currency "jewbux", whenever you need to buy or sell anything to each other, borrow some jewbux from me to do it! Then, pay me back at a low interest rate! WIN-WIN!"
So now everyone is using jewbux and because they all have to repay the jewbux with interest, more and more jewbux must be continuously created to both facilitate expanding trade as well as service the interest. A perpetually expanding money supply had the inescapable effect of perpetually reducing the purchasing power of the money that is being continuously created.
Did not mention treasury / bond markets, M2, fractional reserve banking, etc. to keep things simple, but you get the idea

never. Why would they do that? Thats retarded. All they have to do is get the public to cry and the government will slip a little extra on onto the ebts. rinse and repeat.
Welcome to the new normal. Are you old enough to remember when you could buy a loaf of bread a lb of hamburger meat and a thing of milk for $5? it wasnt that long ago I promise.
I thought it was an answer. It's a stupid question that does not deserve an answer. Have you quit sucking dicks yet. That should be easy for you to answer. I'm just asking for a yes or no answer.
its actually retarded garbage like yourself that infests western civilization that is at the root of all problems. if your ilk where ever to somehow be eradicated there would be a dawn of a utopian golden era.
Inflation doesn't start with Biden, or any other president. Its a tool of the jew that just constantly gets worse over time. Saying it started here or there, or with some red or blue kike owned zionist is putting the blame on the wrong source.

Todays prices are now the new normal. In 10 years time there will be a similar post to this that reads:
"Stok brand cold brew at aldis was $6 a few years ago, now the price has jumped to $10.
When do prices return to normal?"

Before inflation:
- Low Pay: $10/hour
- Medium Pay: $30/hour
After enough inflation:
- Low Pay is bumped up to: $25/hour (as we are already seeing)
- Medium Pay: $35/hour
Final form:
- Low Pay: $40/hour
- Medium Pay: $40/hour
- Carton of eggs: $40
A two class system emerges, the ultra wealthy and everybody else.
